This is identical to VICL-281 (1992-03-27) in terms of the songs.
This CD is a U.S. version printed by JVC America and comes with all
English insert. It's pretty shady job at that as it is missing half
of the lyrics and doesn't contain Japanese track names. For the same
songs, it was certainly cheaper.
Oh, I LOVE the ED. Highly recommended, especially at U.S. CD price.
