We get to see more about how this wish "system" works in this weird town. And at least some of the mysteries are explained in this volume, leading us to... a new mystery. I think I can actually guess what's going on with Tsukiko. Obviously, I don't intent to spoil anything here.
I see upto volumes 5 are out. I didn't know since I found these at a used book store and didn't look any further, not that I'd have had room to bring them if I bought more. I plan to get more, but I'm waiting for some other books to come out to limit shipping expenses.
