Comments:

I've started noticing some additional things that make the latest Kyoto Animation production so great.

Besides the extremely cute character designs and lifelike movements, they're taking real world physics into account. They're applying realistic depth of field effects to their animation. Actually, I've only started getting to know this stuff. Thank goodness for expensive hobbies (DSLR and thousands of dollars worth of lenses). In order for the depth of field effects to be noticeable, it has to start with a really sharp drawing. As far as I know, only Kyoto Animation and UFO Table has that to begin with.

Regardless of the technical details, you can't deny how tangible the characters feel. You almost feel like you could reach out and touch them, assuming you have a nice display. Hell, you WISH you could reach out and touch them! It's hard to describe, but the sureness of the lines mixed with lifelike movements make the characters so lovable.

Y6,600 for 2 episodes is expensive you say? I don't think so. $10 for 4 episodes of crap is expensive. $60 for 60 minutes of ART is not expensive!

Bonus features include creditless opening for the Episode00, previews for episodes 3 and 4 (TV version), and a making-of feature for the advertisement shot in a train car.

Note that CD (KABA-1502-CD) is listed separately.
