Here's an interesting thing I noticed. Okojo-san VHS is Y5,800! DVD
is far cheaper. I think they're trying to phase out VHS. It only
makes sense. DVD costs next to nothing to produce and can be stamped
out at massive numbers whereas VHS takes a lot more money to reproduce.
On the other hand, the fact that these DVDs are for sale only and VHS
is rental approved (I'm guessing) probably has more to do with the
pricing difference.
