Perhaps I'm being too harsh with a 'D' rating, but it's a close one
anyway. I'm sorry. Really I am. Considering there are only 11
tracks (for Y3,045 thank you very much), so many of them are just
re-used songs from Chobits anime. Not only that, these new versions
with different lyrics and/or different mixing tricks are worse than
the original ones from various Chobits CDs. And all the new songs
are boring and lifeless both musically and technically.
For your information, her debut CDs (Club Rie Rie #1, #2, and Garnet)
are being re-released. I'd advise people to get Garnet instead of
this CD if you're interested in her vocals. Heck, I like some of the
the incomplete songs in Club Rie Rie #1 better than any of the songs
on this CD!
I keep getting this feeling that somewhere after her role as Saki,
she's been losing the special charm that made Tanaka Rie so
interesting before. shiku shiku =(
