First half or so is the same crap quality video as the first disc. Rest is using 3:2:2:3 pulldown sequence. I believe this format was created to minimize combing artifacts when viewed using simple weave process. Instead of 2/5 of the frames having combing artifacts, you'd only have 1/5 of the frames with combing artifacts. However, this process does not have a temporally constant field rate, so the video looks extra stuttery. With standard 3:2 pulldown, you get 3 fields and 2 fields alternating regularly, resulting in a reasonably smooth video. With 3:2:2:3, you get 2 fast movements followed by 2 slow movements repeatedly, resulting in slightly more jitter. Also, one loses the ability to detect 3:2 pulldown sequence using any four contiguous fields.

No images because I didn't feel like it. Listing for the last disc (disc 4) contains a box set photo, however.
