Note: The song Aitakutemo Aenai is the Cherry Version of the theme
song to the Playstation game Macross Digital Mission VF-X. The music
was written by Iijima Mari. Some of my old time readers probably know
that I'm not fond of Iijima Mari's songs or her singing.
Anyway, I bought a ton of Sakurai Tomo CDs after getting hooked on her
songs in Saint Tail. Strangely enough, I think her best songs are the
ones she sang for Saint Tail. Maybe it's the Saint Tail songs I like
and not Sakurai Tomo. Well, she does have very good singing voice. I
guess I'm not particularly fond of standard J-pop of this time period.
