Comments:
First of all, don't buy this unless you're a die-hard fan of
Nogawa-san. Heck, even if you are, think twice about it. This kind
of "clips" video is pretty worthless even for a fan. I consider
myself a fan (with the word's origin's meaning - fanatic) of
Mizuki-san, yet the "clips" video I can easily live without. Go buy
the "Live Attraction" DVD, though ;^)
There's a "virtual date" thingy on the DVD where you get to make some
choices through DVD menu system. I got one word for it, "Pointless."
Actually, I got another one: "Stupid."
There is one major technical blunder on the DVD. In a kind of a video
poetry, all the scenes that are supposed to represent past events are
shot at 15 frames per second. That's 15 progressive frames per
second. There's nothing wrong with that, of course, but it's also in
quarter resolution! There was no point in doing that! If they wanted
to blur it, they should've blurred it at full resolution. A picture
is worth a thousand words, so let's just go straight to images.
Image1: Can't she tell the kitten doesn't want to be held? This is
some kind of animal cruelty.
Image2: See quarter resolution mess. That's _progressive_ video, by
the way!
Image3: If that guy had anything to do with it, he should be FIRED!
