So, I bought three sets of live DVDs recently. This one, Momoi Haruko's WONDER MOMO-i Live Tour, and Tamura Yukari's Pinkle Twinkle Milky Way. It should be obvious which title I like the best. It's not? Come on. It's the one I have a hard time typing.
So, I started with WONDER MOMO-i disc, possibly because I'm obligated to watch it first. I hate saying that! It's that certain someone's fault I ended up using that word ;). Anyway, I wasn't intending to watch any particular one to the end, so I switched to Live Formula next. It didn't last very long in the player as I promptly switched again to Pinkle Twinkle.. argh, it's hard to type. I watched the whole first disc of the Pinkle Twifjl arrrr! on that sitting.
What's wrong with Live Formula? It's gloomy looking with foggy looking video, and the cold/unfeeling stage isn't very inviting. And the race car theme? What the HELL were they thinking!? Hell, I kind of like cars, but it's the most uncool theme to use on a seiyuu/idol live concert. And those aren't even the main issue. They must be targeting the thing at a (large) bunch of idiots or something. 1/3 second camera switching is f(%@ing moronic. That's 3 angles flashing by in one second! I counted them. 10 frames each! Sure, that was the worst I could find, but there are many many instances of 1/2 second or less video flashes. It just looks stupid on a little window on my monitor, but it's f(*&ing annoying as hell on 110 inch screen. No thank you! Mizuki Nana is now completely off my support list. And I'm pretty sure it's not even her fault.
Side spot lights mean people close to the path will get blinded as she runs by.
