I'm not sure how to rate this. She sings well, and the songs are interesting enough, but they feel... indifferent from many of her other songs. I think the biggest problem is the generic-sounding arrangements.
In the end, I ordered this mostly as an appreciation for her coming to America (Anime-Expo 2007). Actually, I now feel like I bought it as an apology. It's most certainly not my fault, but as far as I can tell, she got the worst of the disaster that was "SOS Brigade Invasion Tour" at AX. Gotou Yuuko was probably the least affected, with Hirano Aya somewhere in the middle. Interestingly, Minori only wrote positive things about it in her BLOG. Go figure.
I know this isn't the right place to be writing about this (or does it matter since it's my site), but I really don't think they should EVER set up shows like that in this country. With majority of the audience, and even half of the performers, completely incapable of communicating with the guests, any attempt at putting up an interactive show like that is asking for trouble. Just let them sing and entertain the audience, and have isolated sets of translated speeches and be done with.
