Mmm, I'm tempted to just write, "No Comments," and get it over with, but....
It's basically pretty absurd. It's actually kind of similar to Nurse Witch Komugi-chan (original spinoff) in that it makes fun of various genres (sentai, magical girl, and other unrelated shows). There're other stupid inside jokes like Sekai saying, "fugaa!" and Setsuna, err, Dr. S, saying, "baka bakka."
Disc also contains School Days TV anime digest (12 episodes into 1 episode slot) with commentary by Kawaragi Shiho and Okajima Tae. They start out as their wacky selves, but start taking it too seriously once it gets bloody. It's the next best thing to having full commentary on the original DVDs. In fact, this is the best part of this DVD+2CD set for me.
Beyond that, there're creditless opening and endings (all 8 of them) for School Days as well as ending for this OVA special, and other miscellaneous stuff.
I bought it for the radio CDs, and got the commentary stuff, too, so whatever.
