Comments:
Much better than the first special. Side stories are far more
entertaining than the (supposedly) main story of how Sailor-V came
about. They basically went all out with comedy this time. There's a
lot more on the disc, too, for the same price. Besides the main
feature, we have three mini-dramas and full set of interviews.

Image3: Dysfunctional police station.
Image4: Everyone's doing it. Are you?
Image5: Not uncool.
Image6: Tuxedo Power! (Yeah, you have to watch the whole thing to get it.)
Image7: One of the mini-dramas, featuring Matsushita Moeko. I bet
they made this one just so she can be featured again.
Image8: Matsushita Moeko. Note the script is for "Tuxedo Knight."
Image9: The final (really) talk.
Image10: Reminiscing the old days by going around locations with the
director.
