This last disc contains an episode that was never aired. TV episodes 8 and 9 are pushed to 9 and 10, and this episode is inserted as episode 8. Personally, I don't like the bonus episode at all. It disturbs the time line (I was confused at the start of episode 9 because it didn't connect with the inserted episode at all) and it brought out the wrong Matsumaru-kun.
Ending is more like a beginning of something new, so maybe they're planning to make more. Who knows?
As for Sakai Kanako, mmm, I'm not sure. I didn't get a strong impression either way. I guess that's something negative coming from a seiyuu-otaku like me. I really like the beginning of the opening theme where she says "Woo" or "Boo," though. I always watch upto that point before skipping to the beginning of the episode.
