Comments:
Even though I read it somewhere on the forum before, I totally forgot
about it until after I finished upto episode 9 and was just thinking
about how Rue's voice sounded familiar. Figuring out Edel's voice
(Hiramatsu Akiko) was easy, maybe because I've been hearing her voice
a lot lately (Yukari-sensei), but I guess I haven't been hearing
Mizuki-san's voice a lot lately. Eventually, though, I did figure it
out, and then looked up on-line to confirm. Mizuki-san looks cute and
sounds kind of cute, too, but even when she's sounding cute (Seven of
Seven), it's impossible to hide the fact that her voice is actually
very powerful and rich. As Rue, she doesn't need to hide anything.
Mizuki Nana as Rue is one of the absolute best casting I've ever seen.
And this is really TV series? It must've been pre-animated because
there's no hint of cutting corners. Absolutely stunning in all
aspects.
