Kitta Izumi (seiyuu) was really enthusiastic about this manga in one of her radios, and since I'm always looking for interesting YURI manga, I picked them up.
Miyashita Yukino used to be part of an idol group, "She'sN" (read like season), at her home town. She is now 18 and working as a manager at an idol agency in Tokyo. By chance, she meets Iwai Setsuko, who used to be part of a musician pair, "Fennel." Setsuko is 4 years older than Yukino, and is a composer.
This is not a fluffy YURI manga. It's more of a serious drama, following the life of Miyashita Yukino as she discovers new relationships, and rediscovers old relationships. I'd guess that there are more male readers of fluffy YURI manga, but this magna is actually closer to shoujo than YURI.
Regardless of the genre, this is an intriguing social experiment manga, digging into various relationships in and out of the entertainment industry.
