Honestly, I wasn't expecting very much, despite hearing Komugi-chan saying how moving it was, over and over, on her now defunct radio show. And that's what I got, not very much. It's not a problem, of course, since I only bought it for the CD (listed separately).
What's wrong with it? The original Komugi-chan (not _the_ original from Soul Taker, but the original spin-off Komugi-chan) had no purpose other than making fun of stuff, particularly the otaku culture. It seems to have turned into a promotion show of sorts for the MOE concept. It'll save the world and all. Now, I actually don't mind the concept at all. It's just that if that is the theme, they should take it more seriously..., _a_lot_more_ seriously. The production value for this does no justice to the MOE gods.
Even Dokuro-chan was more fun, if more mindlessly. Let's just leave it at that.
I got a good laugh at the increased number of bags, and I didn't need the commentary to help me.
