This CD single is part of the Nazo no Kanojo X Bluray Volume 1. I bought the Bluray mostly to get this CD single because they did not offer any other way to get the full size version of the song.
I really should've known better. I just hoped that since the broadcast version of the song was not dynamically challenged, CD version wouldn't be either. I overestimated the idiots at King Records. CD version has just about exactly 6dB less dynamic range. The crazy thing is, even then, it's actually not horrible by today's crappy standards. Imagine how good the Bluray (or the broadcast) version is. Heck, the broadcast version made me go out of my way to try to get the full size versions. That's got to tell you something.
CD version level decreased by 6dB to similar power level as the normalized BD version.
