Comments:
Gekigangar OVA doesn't appear to be remastered. It still looks okay,
especially when properly inverse telecined. In fact, in some
respects, this disc, and the original R2 DVD release of Nadesico TV
series, are better than the remaster discs. Those aliasing artifacts
in the remaster really creeps me out.
I actually never saw the Gekigangar OVA before. Apparently, I wasn't
missing much. There isn't that much new footage in this. It's
moderately funny when thinking about how it relates to old robot anime
I used to watch as a kid.
