This is a special CD that is part of the My-Otome Best Collection. It's not a first-pressing only item as far as I know, and it is pretty much required to complete the soundtrack, so if you're going for the complete soundtrack collection, you'll have to buy this, even if you don't care for the vocals. I think My-HiME/My-Otome vocals are pretty good, personally.
