Comments:
I've always been intrigued by these non-H OVA releases based on H
games. I personally like them since they tend to have _very_ high
quality animation while not being H, but it doesn't really make sense
to me if they're releasing these to sell to the game buyers. I'd
think that if the game buyers are their target audience, they
would've made it an H anime. I'm certainly not one of the H game
buyers, but I'd think that there aren't that many people like me who
buy the non-H OVA without ever seeing the H game counterpart. Oh
well. I guess I shouldn't complain. I liked "With You," too. I
didn't know it was based on H game until way later. In the beginning,
I just wondered why it was listed as "Adult" in animejungle's
inventory.
Speaking of "With You," I actually like that better than this
"Mizuiro" OVA. Well, there's still one more volume of "Mizuiro," to
be released in July, but already, this OVA is too over-the-top for
me. I mean, what the heck is with the stupid looking glossy school
uniforms? The animation is pretty darn expensive looking, though.
Image1: This image is _not_ scaled. It's merely cropped. I picked
it to show how much detail the animation contains. What can I say?
It's impressive. There's nothing wrong with the color. It's just the
early evening shade.
Image2: This image _is_ scaled down and modified to the correct 16:9
aspect ratio. I picked it to show you how stupid the glossy school
uniforms look.
