Ayase keeps trying to get Seiji, and so does that mad scientist. Of
course, their meaning of "getting" is quite different. Come to think
of it, I guess the mad scienctist is after Midori, not Seiji, and so
is his daughter Nao, again with different reasons. And Takamizawa
(voiced by Ueda Yuuji in anime) keeps learning more about Midori.
Lucy is introduced in this volume. I don't think she really adds
anything to the current jumble of characters anyway, though.
In general, the story just moves up and down while not really going
anywhere. The whole thing should have been put into less than 5
volumes total.
