Release dates for the regular edition and this limited edition are the same, yet for some reason, the limited edition became unavailable before ever becoming available, at least through Amazon.co.jp. Despaired, I ordered the regular edition, which is listed separately. Recently, it suddenly became available again, so with a swiftness of an expert on-line shopper, I added it to one of my existing orders.
Cover image is the same as that of the regular edition, so look at
that listing for the cover image.

Note that the larger, fold-display versions at the back are NOT part
