This is the "Rosa Canina" story. It also has the new year sleepover story, which actually comes before the main story in this book. The order is not the same as that of the anime. I vaguely remember reading something about the ordering inconsistencies of the anime story. I think the manga is following the original order of the novel.
Anyway, I didn't find anything majorly new here. Also, I felt that the art quality is dwindling somewhat. Maybe the artist had a few bad months.
