This is part of the limited edition Madoka Magica Blu-ray (and probably DVD, too) volume 6.

I guess they weren't saving the best for last. It just doesn't have the kind of impact that the first two soundtracks had. It's still an interesting CD to have. The last track is the version of the opening theme used during Kyouko's DDR game.
