I hate the fact that there are no key frames in the stream. It's
either watch the whole thing in one sitting or do a long fast-forward
later. And because this move is so crappy, it's a real issue. It's
hard to watch the whole thing in one sitting.

This is one horrible Lupin III movie. None of the characters in this
movie has their usual charm because they're not acting like their
usual selves. Even the evil guys are too predictable. Heck, they're
all just idiotic. Animation also lacks the exquisite lines, which are
required for a good Lupin movie. To put it bluntly, this is the worst
Lupin III episode/movie/whatever that I've ever watched.
