It's kind of long, but it's pretty interesting. My interest is Kawasumi
Ayako. Ever since I fell for Akari from "To Heart," I've been following her
other roles. Just recently, I spent a whole week translating/timing the first
episode of NieA_7. I finished that except for a few places where I couldn't
figure out what they were saying. It turns out, Kawasumi-san actually slurs
words a lot. It's a lot harder to figure out what she's saying compared to
someone else like Hayashibara-san. In the end, I gave up and won't be
continuing with the scripting of NieA_7. I thought that it wouldn't be all
that hard since I have the Korean script, but it turns out, there are a lot of
errors in Korean translation. Go figure. Maybe I'm too much of a
perfectionist.
Anyway, Kawasumi-san's role on this CD is of a stern princess. Everyone uses
the samurai-era style speech. It's pretty amazing how well Kawasumi-san does
all these different kinds of roles.
