Wow, what a thought provoking story. As I was watching the anime, I realized I needed to learn more, so I bought the novels. I haven't started reading them yet, but they're on the top of the list on my to-read list.
I found Iriya's decision to be intriguing because one can look at it as the inverse of Chise's decision in "Saishuu Heiki Kanojo." Asaba's feelings are also understandable. After all, who cares about anything else, including the entire world, without HER? Surprisingly, even to myself, I find that idea to be quite logical. On the other hand, Iriya's feelings are not as black and white. There are, after all, other people in Asaba's life, such as Akiho, sister, parents, classmates, and so forth. Logic sure doesn't need to be black and white at all.
Anyway, I wonder if anyone noticed my favicon.ico. I've been wanting one for my site for a long time, but just could not think of an ideal one. Now, I have one, and I'm very happy with the decision.
