It doesn't _feel_ substantial because it's not hard cover and paper used isn't particularly thick, but content wise, it's actually not too bad. It has illustrations, episode guides, and interviews. Art is fairly simplistic (roundy), so if you're looking for the manga art with fine detail and complex clothes, you'll be disappointed. If you liked the anime art, this should appeal to you more.
