I've had this book for a long time already. I'm getting worse about keeping my site up to date. It's particularly sad because I'm actually not buying all that much these days.
In Nazuna's defense, I don't see anything wrong with using a fruit knife for everything. I use a single knife (smallish thin, slightly flexible blade) for almost everything, and I prepare ALL of my own meals. I only use a larger knife for cutting open large things, like a melon. Just so there's no misunderstanding, it's not that I don't have other types of knives. In fact, I have way too many.
My favorite character is definitely Nori-chan. Natsume comes in second. Great casting for Natsume for the anime, by the way.
