Comments:

There's really nothing wrong with abstract art, simplistic drawings, and use of real photos in animation. Unfortunately, after thinking about it for a while, I decided to drop the series. It's due to a few different reasons. First, it's overpriced. Based on the animation style used, I don't see why it needs to cost almost as much as Kanon DVDs with only 48 minutes worth of content per disc. Second, despite cute character designs, it's not as warm feeling as I was hoping for. It's more of a series of cute gags. Since it can't touch Azumanga Daiou on that playing field, I can't justify the cost. As an aside, Lucky*Star also falls in that category. And finally, Lantis-net.com started using DRM on its internet radios. That pissed me off, so I'll take my money elsewhere. Interestingly, this again applies to both this show and "Lucky*Star." Even the fact that "Lucky*Star" is animated by KyoAni isn't enough to change my mind.

Commentary is quite good, so I'll miss it.

First pressing comes with two cards. They're not illustrated by Ume-sensei, so I don't consider them all that special.

I don't get the point of this changing background thingy. This is across multiple minutes.
