There are many reasons for reading books. One of them is to learn from experiences of other real and fictional characters. We want to partially experience what the characters go through in order to gain knowledge of many in one lifetime. We do NOT want to experience so much of the characters' lives because, well, then we lose the benefit of accelerated learning.
The story is moving too slowly. It's as if I'm living the characters' lives in real time. Either that, or the story is stuck in a loop, kind of like an LP record stuck in a loop. Let's get a move on the story, shall we?
Of course, I'm still going to keep buying the books because, well, I don't know. Lion-san is cool.
