Animephile Rating: F (4.0)
- Video Scan Type : interlaced-TV (-2.5) -
Feathering is not severe at all. Doesn't matter, though. It's not
progressive, it's not good.
- Aspect Handling : standard (-0.0)
- Compression : -0.5 -
Similar to Cowboy Bebop discs, most of the problem seems to be with
video separation, but there are compression problems, too, which might
come from the bad separation artifacts.
- Video Separation : -3.0 -
More or less just like Cowboy Bebop discs. Yuck.
- Scene Transition : -0.0
- Calibration : -0.0
Comments:
I bet this thing went through the exact same process as Cowboy Bebop
discs. Horrible as ever. Sheesh! Of course, the only real problem
with this disc is the video separation artifacts (and interlacing, of
course), but it's so bad, it just takes it down to failing grade.
Image shows colorific crawlies and stuff. Didn't bother with more
pictures. It's annoying to look at anyway.
