In current Ef-Memo radio (onsen.ag), I heard about this Second Fan Mix coming out. Of course, I'm not interested in the game, nor am I all that interested in anime these days, but when I heard that it will include the original "Omoshiro Minori Housoukyoku" radio data files, I had to buy it.
As soon as I saw the set, I thought, "what an impressive packaging!" Everything comes in a very high quality box. DVD-ROM and this CD are held in a removable case, which has nice illustrations on both sides. Behind it is protective foam insert.
I didn't try very hard, but I couldn't get the software portion to do anything in English version of Windows XP, even with the Japanese language pack installed. Oh well. I didn't buy it for that anyway.
The main part (to me anyway) is the thirty four 128 kbps wma files, totalling 1.6GB and adding up to 28 hours and 36 minutes of run time. I was pleasantly surprised to find Comic Market special broadcast in there. It's already been 9 months since the broadcast ended, but it's one of the more important internet radios to me (24). "kashikoi kanji ga suru" datteyo. Hehehe.
Audio is monaural and completely unedited. That means, advertisements and all the beep substitute (chotto!) effects are left intact. I don't know about advertisements, but the "chotto" are great stuff!
