I assume most people are aware of the meaning of the "second button?"
When an older sempai is graduating from school (Middle, Jr. High, or
High), a younger girl who likes him can ask for his "second button."
If he gives it to her, it means that he's "accepting." It's basically
the second button or his school uniform, which he has to literally
break off from the uniform. In "Mizuiro Jidai," Natsumi asks for
Hiroshi's second button, but he gives her the top first button
instead. Yuuko mistakes that as the second button and... yada yada.
You know the story.
Someone at anime-on-dvd forum asked which Da Capo CDs to get and this
one and "Dolce" came up. Both of them were available used at anime
Jungle, so I picked them up. Whoever actually asked on the forum
probably bought new ones. Hehehe. One needs to be resourceful ;^)
