Only a very small part of the story deals with grown-up Saga. After
watching it, I realized that if the whole story was based on future
events, I would have hated it because the TV series had a good
ending. Thankfully, the main story is set in sometime after TV
episode 12 and probably before episode 19. I won't tell you anything
else.
Box isn't as high quality as other R2 boxes and the DVD does not have
embedded silkscreen. For some reason, the whole thing feels like
something from R1 release, at twice the cost, of course. I've never
seen R1 Sugar DVD releases, so I'm not sure how good they are, but
assuming they have similar video quality, I recommend you wait for the
R1 release because there's just nothing special about this R2 release.
Here're some images. I guess it's obvious there's a play. Actually,
there're two plays. Image2 is a different play. Images 4 and 5 show
grown up Saga and Greta. Greta grew up to be a beautiful and
sophisticated-looking lady. She's still the same ol' Greta, though.
Last image shows the box and Shampoo/Conditioner bottle (empty) that
comes with the set. I'd have liked seasoning bottles instead. You
know, for sugar, salt, pepper, etc.
