The CD only recording has an unusual set up. They bring in two people who supposedly don't have friends, and try to get them to become friends. Yamamoto Nozomi makes sense because she voiced Yukimura in the anime, but Uchiyama Kouki is an unusual pick because, well, he had nothing to do with this anime.
Regardless of the people choice, it's a weird set up. For one section, Kimura Ryouhei and Inoue Marina walk out of the studio to give the two "private" time. It almost feels like they were set up for an arranged date. The awkward moment is what makes it entertaining(?).
As far as radio CDs go, this one is fairly entertaining, although it has little to do with the anime series. Then again, most anime-related radios are like that.
