Originally, I thought it was a good idea to encode the whole episode
without a key frame since that way, you get rid of any possibility of
ending up with temporal banding. However, my DVD players (RP62 and
RP82) are not able to remember where I left off. It's either you
watch the whole episode or start over from the beginning! What a pain
in the you know where!
