I imagine there aren't that many people interested in the drama CD. In fact, I bet a lot of people looking at this right now already watched some or all of the anime version. No, I haven't seen a single episode of it because it's not released on DVD yet.
Either way, here's an interesting tidbit. Casting is fairly different between the two. The sisters are voiced by Tanaka Rie and Kugimiya Rie (Rie/Rie!) in the drama CD instead of Sakamoto Maaya and Kaneda Tomoko in the anime. I actually agree with the change and I'm looking forward to the DVD. Roles for Ranko (writer neighbor), Genzou (landlord), and Kinko (rich older sister) stays the same (Hiramatsu Akiko, Mugihito, and Shindou Naomi), but for some reason, Ginko (rich younger sister) changed from Saitou Chiwa (drama CD) to Kozakura Etsuko (anime). Heh, Ryou-ou-ki is back ;) I thought Saitou Chiwa did a wonderful job, so I'm not sure why the casting changed. Maybe she was too busy. She's in every other anime being produced these days. I just wrote that and I'm still amazed that she can be in so many.
Anyway, first 9 tracks are pretty much identical to the manga, but track 10 is new to me. It could be on the manga volume 3, but I doubt it since this CD is released before the third volume of the manga. It's a bit more comical than usual for the series.
Overall, it's a good drama CD if you can get over the cast difference.
