Well, it's not perfect, but I don't feel like nitpicking.
Comments:
It starts off pretty well and occasionally, it has wonderful moments,
but overall, it's very disappointing. For one thing, it had way too
little budget. Remember that these animators are the same ones that
draw most of the in-between frames that make up Japanese animation.
They're talented people. But then again, maybe the good ones work on
the Japanese animation and not on the Korean animation because,
frankly, it pays better. They tried too hard to make the story to fit
the needs of the average viewer. That's not how art is created. If
they made it half as long and cut out all the sappy crap and still use
the same amount of money, it would've been much better.
Image is a typical foreground and background animation. It is pretty
good, especially the background. Unfortunately, later in the series,
it gets worse. The DVD itself is pretty well done. Korean DVD is
just as cheap as American ones, if not cheaper, and is far better
quality from what I've seen so far. I hope more anime gets released
in Korea.
