I'm not sure if the postcards are first pressing only items, but either way, two new ones are included with this one. They're very high quality.
The story might appear to move really fast to people who did not read the original manga, but I don't think the pace is fast at all. It's not really moving fast, but it's just getting to the point. Character introductions are minimized, or skipped althgether. To me, this is the right thing to do for a series that has messages to convey, rather than a story to tell.
By the way, did everyone notice how almost all the characters have names starting with an 'A'? The only exceptions I can think of are Woody, Hime-shachou, and Maa-shachou. Even then, Hime-shachou and Maa-shachou aren't human, so only Woody seems to be the exception. I imagine there's a good reason for it, but I couldn't think of any. Even side characters like Ami (episode 4) starts with an 'A.' Alicia, Akira, Atena, Akari, Aika, Alice, Ai, Aria-shachou, Akatsuki, Al, Ami.... So many 'A's!
By the way, it was a piece of cake to figure out voices for Ami and Woody (Kurata Masayo and Ueda Yuuji).
It's pretty, but there aren't that many different shades, as there are in AIR TV series.
