Everything is made up! I bet it took quite a bit of work coming up with all the stuff to put in this fictitious monthly magazine. It's not very big, at only 36 pages cover to cover, but it's very high quality.
There are lots of little bits that are interesting. For example, it says "[photo] AMANO KOZUE XII." That's the twelfth! It is the year 2301, after all.
The serialized manga in the magazine, "Prima wo Nerae!" is really over the top and nothing like the calm AQUA/ARIA manga. Legendary techniques with wacky names ought to give you a clue.

Obviously, it's all fictitious, but it's all good fun. I'm not sure what SSS stands for, but I think it's Solar System Space.
As for the doll house, it's pretty small, but considering the price, I think it's pretty well made. I really have no use for such things, though. The worst part for me is that these things can't be stored very efficiently.
