I like Alicia's snowball experiment. It's subtle, yet makes a big point, literally, too. Orange Planet gets a new shachou, Maa-kun. Odd little fellow. I can't tell if Galaxy Railway thing (Navigation 30) is a tribute to or is making fun of 999. Cute ending, nevertheless. All in all, it's an enjoyable volume.
