Somehow, it feels like everything is moving slower on this CD. It may be because Minagi talks really slowly. In a way, though, this one has the cleanest ending among the three arcs. There's really no mystery left with this ending. I think this is possible because Minagi is pretty much independent from the main story.
Misuzu is very strongly tied to Kan'na, whereas Kano and Minagi are only indirectly tied to Kan'na. Minagi actually has two levels of indirection because her only tie to Kan'na is through Michiru.
Anyway, I think there's only one drama CD left, which is most likely the Summer arc.
