My second seiyuu prediction!  Seeing as how I've only made one
prediction before (2002-10-25), it's obvious that I don't do this very
often.  But I was right about Nakahara Mai's future success -- I'm
sure no one is going to argue that she's successful -- and I'm
confident that I'm right about this one, too.

So, who is it?

Hirano Aya (平野綾)

Give her 2 years, at most 3 years, and she'll be a popular seiyuu
(and/or a singer), starring in multiple major anime titles as one of
the main characters (and/or releasing live concert videos).
